Professional Biography

In spring 2005, I graduated from Marshall University with a degree in secondary English Education.  That fall I began teaching at Wurtland Middle School in Greenup, KY.  I teach 6th grade reading.  I am beginning work on my master’s degree by being part of the Marshall University Summer Institute, a branch of the National Writing Project.  I plan on continuing my education and hope to earn a master’s degree in English.
